I want to let you know how pleased we are with the telephone system you recently installed in the Chamber office. The increase in our staff, and the location of a working office upstairs, made an upgrade of the existing system necessary so that we could have intercom capabilities. The other features included with the new system have been a bonus!
What impressed me most, however, was your ability to evaluate our office needs and then work with us to find a system that fit into our available budget. In addition, I certainly appreciate your willingness to offer staff training and your prompt attention to any questions we have had during these first few months of using the new phones.
It is great to do business with our own Chamber members. It is even better when we personally experience the level of quality products and services our members provide to our community. Thank you, and everyone on your team, for making it a great experience.
